Garbage Services FAQs

Our policy is cash, check or money order to the driver on delivery. The driver will have your receipt.

We only haul non-hazardous waste. Liquids, chemicals, whole tires, asphalt, dirt, compost or tree stumps cannot be placed in dumpsters. We will place a dumpster to haul out concrete/brick only but it cannot be mixed with trash.

We generally have one and two week’s rentals. Additional time can be reserved for an additional fee.

Please call the office at 810-793-1636 when your dumpster is full and ready to be removed. You do not have to be on sight for removal provided there are no objects blocking access to the dumpster.

All roll-off dumpsters have a door in the back which can be opened and secured to the side with a chain. Please close the door before your dumpster removal. Material in the dumpster cannot be higher than the sides on the container.

The allowed weight varies depending on the dumpster size; there is a per-ton charge if over-weight.
• 10-yard = 4 ton
• 15-yard = 5 ton
• 20-yard = 6 ton
• 30-yard = 7 ton
• 40-yard = 8 tonAny weight over the allowed limit will be an additional charge of $40 per ton.

Glass, plastic, and metal containers hold all sorts of edible and inedible materials that can leave all sorts of gunk inside afterward. Especially that darn peanut butter!
A quick rinse is nice for many things, but don't worry about getting your containers sparkling clean. The main concern is actually the paper in your bin, which food and moisture can ruin.

Scrap Metal Buying FAQs

You need to bring the vehicle to our location either running or not running. Have the signed Michigan title and your State of Michigan license or photo ID. Remember to gather your license plate and belongings before leaving the vehicle.

Sorting gets you the most money because each metal has its own value.

No license is required at this time but you do need to have a photo ID.

Yes, we can accept paper, plastics, glass, cardboard, etc. We also accept drain oil, and anti-freeze for recycling but liquids cannot be mixed. Check out our Recycling Services page for more information.

We do not have a pick-up service but we can place a dumpster at your site if you have a big clean-up.

No! We crush the vehicles we buy and send them for recycling.
